Excellent opportunity with a large and growing company to work as a Customer Service Representative! This is with an excellent client, who offers many perks, including an onsite gym and a flexible work schedule. This position involves customer service within a large department, receiving customer calls and providing exceptional service via telephone. Customer Service Representatives will also be responsible for transferring calls to various departments within the company, so as to best assist the customer. In addition, this position will involve the processing of reports using various computer software programs
We are seeking someone who has previous experience working in Customer Service within a corporate environment. Must have great computer skills, be proactive, organized and computer savvy.
