Nearly 20 years ago I founded Marquee Staffing because I saw a real need for a localized, professional staffing firm in Southern California. The larger national staffing firms were more focused on building 'market-share' than working to develop strategic partnerships with area businesses.
The core of our success resides within our professional consultants and recruiters. Our corporate culture rewards employees who develop long-term relationships with client companies and professionals looking for work - temporary, contract/project and direct hire. As a result, our annual turnover continues to be one of the lowest in the industry: currently less than six percent annually.
After years of building Marquee Staffing, it is very gratifying to see all of the local companies whose human talent pool we have been instrumental in building. Many clients tell me that without the individuals we recruited, they would not be the company they are today.
Additionally, many professionals have found jobs through Marquee which they had no idea existed. Years later they are now running large departments for the same companies with many employees reporting to them - a direct result of working with us.
At Marquee Staffing, we are very proud of our contributions to the business community over the past two decades.
