Sharnise  has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Customer Service accompanied by 5 yeas within a call center.  While employed in her most recent position as a Mitigation Specialist, she insured that pertinent paperwork was prepared and submitted in order to expedite loan modifications on behalf of her clients.

Sharnise holds a degree in Communications and possesses strong interpersonal skills and is extremely proficient in MS Word Suite, Typing and Data Entry.  She also exudes a very positive and upbeat attitude and is glad to go above and above the call of duty to insure that her clients are served efficiently.

Dawn DeFoor

Prior to working at Marquee Staffing, Dawn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology at Kent State University in Ohio. While interning at major corporations, she utilized psychological principles and research methods to solve problems in the workplace and improve the quality of life for employers as well as their employees. Eventually, Dawn began to shift her focus to improving diversity in the workplace and partnered with an organization that utilized innovative strategies in order to increase representation of women and people of color in leadership roles.Dawn strives to make others feel valued and is passionate about cultivating enriching relationships between Marquee Staffing and our clients. In her spare time, you can find Dawn embarking on adventurous road trips up and down the beautiful California coastline with her lovely girls and their pup Gizzy. She also enjoys writing and listening to music, perusing museums and is an avid watcher of documentaries. She considers herself to be a “cool” nerd and is always seeking out ways to expand her knowledge across an array of topics.
