Vanessa Michele Garcia

Vanessa began her career in staffing, working in both recruiting and business development before focusing her career exclusively on business development. She developed a passion for building client relationships, understanding business goals, and helping organizations address workforce challenges through thoughtful talent solutions.

Her career has included business development roles across multiple industries, most recently spending 15 years as a Business Director for a private healthcare practice. In that role, she focused on business development, strategic partnerships, practice growth, and business operations, helping drive revenue growth while gaining firsthand insight into the challenges organizations face.

Vanessa earned her degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, which complements her relationship-focused approach to business. She brings together her staffing expertise, business development experience, and operational perspective to help clients identify their workforce needs and build lasting partnerships. She believes strong relationships begin with listening, trust, and a genuine understanding of each client's goals.

Away from the office, Vanessa enjoys attending live music and concerts, cheering on the Lakers and the 49ers, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a Porsche enthusiast and enjoys the passion for innovation and craftsmanship that surrounds the brand.
