On-Site Manager
As an Onsite Manager, Emily supports a key Marquee Staffing client in the Orange County area. Since joining Marquee Staffing in 2021, she has advanced from Senior Recruiter and Account Manager to her current onsite leadership role, bringing a strong background in recruiting, account management, and client relations.
Emily specializes in connecting qualified talent with opportunities across the healthcare, medical device, engineering, and aerospace industries. She takes a relationship-driven approach, working closely with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and build successful, long-term partnerships.
A graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, Emily holds a degree in Hospitality Management. Before joining Marquee Staffing, she spent more than a decade in the coffee and hospitality industry, where she developed extensive experience in leadership, customer service, and people management. She brings that same commitment to service and relationship building to her work in the staffing industry.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys cooking and baking and spending quality time with her two sons.
