Julia Murphy

Julia joined Marquee Staffing as a Business Development Specialist, bringing four years of experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Cost Reduction Specialist at a consulting firm specializing in helping companies reduce costs across a wide range of expense categories. In that role, she supported sales and marketing initiatives, developing a strong foundation in relationship building, client communication, and driving results. She now brings those skills to identifying and developing new business opportunities for Marquee's clients.

A graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Julia combines her academic foundation with hands-on business experience to bring a fresh, results-driven perspective to her role.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys weightlifting, going on walks, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Rolly. She also loves traveling, attending concerts, trying new restaurants, and spending time at the beach.
